Aix-les-Bains Mineral Water opens drinking bars. In order to ease the intake of Aix-les-Bains Mineral Water, a kiosque-buvette in the center of Aix-les-Bains and drinking stations inside the thermal baths are opened.

A cure

Doctors start to prescribe Aix-les-Bains Mineral Water for cures soon after the National Academie of Medecine recognized the virtues of the Raphy Saint Simond water.

Belle Epoque

The Queen of Water Cities and the Water City for Queens. Palaces and villas are built to host European Royals and Aristocraty as well as High Society. Aix-les-Bains, directly linked to Paris by a daily train (called the train of pleasures) becomes the place to be.

Outstanding parties are organized at the Casino Grand Cercle or in palaces where chefs can experiment new recipies. Constest of any sorts are planned and new facilites such a golf course (designed by an English architect) and a race-track are built. Many nautical activities are developed such as rowing, sailing etc...

Professor Antoine de Kramer of Milan University undertakes the first scientific study on Raphy Saint Simond water spring. In the conclusions of his study, Professor Kramer claims that "the water of Raphy Saint Simon, later know as Aix-les-Bains Mineral Water, is destined to a great future".
